hello !! my name is Abigail and I am the founder of selfluvology. I want you to know that you may not think it, but you are so amazing in YOUR OWN WAY. It has taken me a long time to realize the true power self-love can hold in life and I trust me, I am still working hard at it.

I am so excited to be finally ready to share with you my ideas and values that I feel are SO important. Self-love is something we all possess and guess what else... it's free. I know, something like this doesn't come that often. You have to learn how to challenge your inner critic and know that you are the only one who can TRULY make you happy. #selfluvology

My name is Abby and I'm the owner of SelfLoveology. I'm just a person like you with an abnormally huge passion for mental health, hehe.

I started SelfLoveology with the idea of helping everyone LOVE themselves unconditionally. I know that self-love is something that is not always easy, and TRUST ME I have had my fun with figuring out how to be okay with all of my insecurities (and still am.)
