Is This an Affordable Way to Wake up Rested?

TikTok made me buy it again, the Sunrise Alarm Clock. A bit of background on how this trend caught attention:
I have had problems falling asleep, however it's the action of waking up that is the hardest for me. How is it that it may be so hard to fall asleep/find and comfortable position, but when you need to wake up the bed is the most comfortable and heavenly feeling on earth? Well, there is an actual reason for that and that is because most people are in their deepest sleep when the alarm goes off causing a severe jolt to the system. This in tun causes a slump to hit throughout the day causing your body to continue being in the state of exhaustion.
First Impressions:
Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise and falling asleep to a wonderful sunset every SINGLE day. Well, this is not quite what you will get but it works. The first couple of nights of using the clock were a bit of trial-and-error because of the settings and getting used to using it. The directions were clear, however it was harder to actually implement because of the different sound and light options.
Testing/Pros:
Now for the actual details on whether or not this product was actually beneficial in helping waking/falling to sleep. It does work and I am totally on board with the thought behind how it's supposed to work. Waking up gradually through light instead of having an alarm sound go off was tremendously better. The fact that the light gets gradually lighter as the time you set the alarm too gets closer. The alarm sounds are very therapeutic and there are several light modes you can choose from as well.
Cons?:
To be honest, there were not very many. The only "con" that I will say is that not everyone is very "tech savvy." The directions were written clearly, however implementing the actual setting-up was harder than I expected.

Final Score:
So, after years of having difficulties waking up or just getting a solid 8 hour restful sleep, did this solve the case? Mostly yes. Sleep is hard for a lot of people so it may not sure the whole problem, however it was amazing to be able to wake up feeling more rested and able to feel fully aware upon waking. I also noticed that it helped me a lot with my circadian rhythm and basically reseting it for the better. I am more able to fall asleep at a reasonable time and wake up a little before my alarm goes off from light.
All that being said, I think this particular clock was the most affordable and worth while buy I have purchased in a while and fully recommend this Sunrise/Sunset Alarm Clock.
